Hi. I’m Adam, Im a mid-30’s homosexual, from the South Island of Aotearoa, now based in Naarm/Melbourne on Wurundjeri land. Im a tattooer, an artist and a bit of a loser. I make art that sometimes reflects my queer thoughts and deviations, and other times, it shows a version of a world I see, a not quite right perspective, skewed for better or worse.
Visual art is how my mind can best make sense of things, it feels profound and pointless, there is no literal meaning, no great depth, my work is a moment of honesty or a wayward thought, a mark of movement, or just something I find funny… always with a bitter childishness or crassness that isn’t necessarily necessary.
